Great question! Firstly, hiring a full-time senior-level videographer can cost well over $80,000 annually, plus the added costs of purchasing and maintaining high-end camera equipment. Moreover, you might not consistently have enough photography assignments to keep them busy, meaning you're paying for their time even when it's not fully utilised. With our subscription service, you can request to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay for photography services when you have properties that require professional media content. This way, you get the value you need without the burden of constant costs.

On average, after a photoshoot most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, if you've got a particularly intricate request with additional services, it might take a tad longer, but we'll ensure it's worth the wait.

Based in Macquarie Park, NSW, our 15km radius covers most of the North-East Sydney region. This includes areas such as Parramatta, Castle Hill, Hornsby, Manly, Watsons Bay, Sydney City, Redfern, Marrickville, and Strathfield. This helps us make sure we can get your content to you as fast as possible! While we mainly stick to this area, we're open to exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If there's a specific job that requires us to travel outside our usual range, we're open to discussing it with you.

We cover all property types, including Family homes, Apartments, Duplexes, Luxury estates, AirBnB/Stayz listings, Commercial Buildings, Business offices, and Architectural projects.

Booking a photography callout is a breeze! Subscribers will receive a guided onboarding process via a virtual meeting, where we walk you through our easy-to-use booking system. You'll find all the details conveniently accessible in the members' login area.

We get it - you might not always have a continuous stream of property listings to capture every month. Perhaps you only have one or two media requests this month. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Our billing cycles are structured around a 31-day period. For instance, if you sign up and use our service for 21 days and then request to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be put on hold. You'll have 10 days of service remaining, ready to be used anytime in the future when your next property calls for our expert touch. This flexibility ensures you get the most out of your subscription without any wasted days or unnecessary charges.

Brickside Studio does not cover the following work: 3D modeling, document design (property brochures, etc.), copywriting, and print design (sign boards, magazines, etc.).

You have the flexibility to pause your subscription once your current property is taken care of and reactivate it when you have more listings to capture. We don't want you to feel like you're letting any part of your subscription go to waste.

Due to the nature of our work, we don't provide refunds. However, you have the flexibility to cancel the subscription at any time.
